Since over 20 years Prosci Inc. conducts research on success factors and understanding what does not work well, building up to the already a well-recognized Change Management method, ADKAR® model.

Mark Dorsett is the vice-president of PROSCI Inc. and has over 25 years of experience in management, of which most of the time he worked in international IT and technology industries, developing new business entities (also in Poland). Currently he manages global partner network of Prosci Inc. and is a keynote speaker during international events in the topic of Project and Change Management.
